Elephants have a “secret language” that cannot be heard by human ears, scientists have found. While most are familiar with the elephant’s trumpeting call the animals also emit growls, according to researchers at San Diego Zoo.However, two-thirds of the partly audible call is at frequencies that are too low to be picked up by human ears. To learn more about the inaudible part of the growl, the team attached a microphone sensitive to these low frequencies and a GPS tracking system to eight of the zoo’s female elephants.

my bro send me this video and………..its really cute and make u go awwwwwwwwwww
hope you all like it ….:)
In 1969 a young Australian, John Rendall and his friend Ace Bourke, bought a small lion cub from Harrods pet department, which was then legal. ‘Christian’ was kept in the basement of a furniture shop on the Kings Road in Chelsea, the heart of the swinging sixties. Loved by all, the affectionate cub ate in a local restaurant, played in a nearby graveyard, but was growing fast…
A chance encounter with Bill Travers and Virginia McKenna led to a new life for Christian. He came to live in a huge enclosure and to sleep in a caravan at their Surrey home. Then in 1971 he was flown to Kenya, his ancestral home, and returned to the wild by lion-man George Adamson. Nine months later in 1972, John and Ace returned to Kora in Kenya. This clip is of their reunion at that time.

Cesar Millan’s unique understanding of dogs earned him the name the Dog Whisperer, but he didn’t work alone. He had a secret weapon, a capable assistant and constant sidekick in the form of 16-year-old pit bull Daddy, who died last week after spending nearly his entire life with Millan and his family, according to Cesar’s Way magazine.
Daddy came into Millan’s life when he was just a 4-month-old puppy. Too challenging for his original owner, rapper Redman, Daddy was folded into Millan’s family, and eventually became an example of a calm, submissive pit bull that was always around to help Millan in a training pinch.

A dog had a lucky escape after jumping off a 300ft cliff to chase a seagull and landing in the sea below. Poppy the springer spaniel ran over the edge of the clifftop during a walk at a beauty spot in East Sussex. She plunged into the water but survived and managed to swim to shore where she waited until a RNLI crew arrived. Her owners – Kelly Ixer, 26, and Ben Markwick, 31, said they were ”indebted” to the lifeboat team.
On the day of the accident, the dog was being walked by Mr Markwick’s sister Lia and her partner Stephen Winslade.Mr Winslade, 31, said: ”She ran to the edge and just disappeared.’She is really well trained and well behaved but I think she ran so fast there was no chance of her stopping.”I threw myself down and looked over the edge and saw her paddling.
